The bar service is a fixed price per head you can check before you talk to anybody. The alcohol is bought at retail either way, so nobody pays a bar markup on a bottle.

What does it cost?
The bar itself is $14 per guest, or $29 per guest with the spirits, wine and beer included. Staff is quoted on top of that from your guest count and hours. The quote builder puts the full number on screen before you send anything or speak to anybody.
Do you cover my area?
We work across Los Angeles and the surrounding cities. Your ZIP code sets the travel zone when you build a quote, so tell us the venue and we will confirm the date and the drive.
Do you supply the alcohol?
Your choice. Either you buy it yourself from a shopping list we build for your guest count and pay only the shelf price, or we bring the spirits, wine and beer with the bar for one published per-guest price. Either way the bottles are yours and we never mark them up.
How many bartenders do I need?
One bartender per 50 guests keeps the line under five minutes. Above 100 guests we add a server so your bartenders stay behind the bar instead of hauling ice and clearing glasses.
Is there a minimum guest count or booking length?
Yes. We staff parties from 30 guests up, and every booking is billed for at least 4 service hours even if your event runs shorter. Setup and breakdown are not counted in those hours.
What about guests who are not drinking?
Every bar comes with a zero-proof menu that has its own purees, syrups and garnishes. Designated drivers, guests who do not drink and anyone under 21 get a cocktail made for them, not a soda water.
Who is actually behind the bar?
ABC Control and Food Handler certified bartenders with at least three years of bar experience, background checked before they are hired and briefed on your run sheet before they arrive.
Can you provide more than the bar?
Yes. Waitstaff, a private chef, valet parking, a ping pong table and a live singer or DJ can all be added to your booking. None of it is priced on the site since it depends on your event, so tell us what you need when you request your quote and we add it as a line item.
What if my guest count changes?
Tell us the new number as soon as you know it. We adjust the staffing, the shopping list or your All-Inclusive total to match - most changes just mean an updated quote, not a new booking.
What happens if someone cancels on the day?
Every booking is assigned backup staff as soon as your quote is confirmed. If someone falls through, the backup is already briefed on your event and en route.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak Saturdays fill three to five weeks out. Off-peak dates are usually available inside two weeks.
Do I need to tip?
It's your call. Leave a tip jar on the bar and guests tip if they want to, or skip the jar and prepay a flat gratuity per bartender and server instead. Either way it goes straight to the team, and it's never bundled into your quote total.
What is the deposit and how do I pay?
A 25% deposit holds your date, and the balance is settled on the day of the event. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle are all accepted.
